Great2 Meet You: Phoebe

Get to know the Great2 team and what makes them tick. We’ve asked each team member a few questions about what they do at Great2 and why. We hope you enjoy getting to know the team!

Next up in this blog series is our most recent hire, Phoebe Hibben, who joined the Marketing team last month as our first degree apprentice. Phoebe is studying Creative Digital Design at Sheffield Hallam University.

What do you do at Great2?

I work in the Marketing Department to create branded materials for Great2 and our clients along with engaging content for social media.

Why do you choose to work at Great2?

I chose Great2 as I like their work ethic and what they do as a business. The company is very friendly and welcoming. It’s great that they are able to support me in my degree as an apprentice too - they really do like to develop people.

What do you enjoy most?

I’ve only been here a few weeks but I’ve loving it. I really enjoy working with everyone in the company.

What are your tips for a great work-life balance?

When working, it’s all too easy for people tend to forget what they loved to do before going into the working world. So, I think it's important to dedicate time to yourself and do stuff you enjoy. What I like to do is dance. I am extremely passionate about dance and have been since I was 2 - competing in competitions, doing shows and training with your friends. I also enjoy going out on walks with my dog, also going to the gym. I like to do activities that distract my mind and allow my mind to relax .
