Three is the magic number
Businesses are born in many different ways. Sometimes it’s a ‘solopreneur’ with a brilliant idea and an iron will. Often it’s a ‘dynamic duo’ bringing their unique combination of skills to bear.
For Great2, it’s all about the ‘power of three’ - a triumvirate of specialist talents aligned towards a common vision of building a great business that can make a real difference.
Business is all about people. So, we thought it would be good to introduce the founders of Great2 in a bit more detail.
Meet me Andy, Katy and Pipa.

We have been working together on a daily basis building Great2 for over two years now, but we ‘go way back’.
Katy and I have worked together for almost a decade building Peak Indicators and then Peak Indicators Investments - and then Great2.
Pipa and I first worked together back in 1999!
So, it’s a team that really know each other and, most importantly, trust each other.
Each of us bring our unique expertise and experience, yet are comfortable to rely on each other for insight and knowledge beyond our skillset. We know when we need to make decisions collectively, and when we can trust each others judgement to make the right call.
Working in partnership with each other, our teams and our clients creates a harmony that’s rare to find in business - but means we can fully focus our energies on growing our business and our clients’ businesses.
Together we’ve brainstormed, research, planned, reviewed. Mostly remotely. Sometimes together. Often in a hybrid of the two. It’s a very modern way of working - and trust that makes it work.
From defining our vision and mission, creating our values and value proposition, writing our business plan and manifesto - we work together to blend our different perspectives together. We believe it makes the output (and the outcomes) better.
While we have different skills and experiences, we share the same values and bring a specific focus to achieving our mission.
