Meet the Great2 Team
It’s great to be able to celebrate Hannah, our Great2Work Front of House, this week as “Chesterfield Champion of the Week”.
As well as being a local champion, Hannah is also a great advocate for Great2, and someone our Great2Work members really appreciate.
We are grateful to have a wonderful, talented team at Great2 - Hannah isn’t our only superstar!
So, let me introduce the team to you.
Hannah is our Front of House
She spends her days making sure our Great2Work members have everything they need and ensuring the coworking space and meeting rooms are in tip-top shape. She loves Great2 because it is a fun and friendly place to be, and the employee benefits are good too! When not at work, Hannah can be found at her family's small holding looking after cats, dogs and horses.
Andy is our Chief Executive Officer
He’s kept very busy! And every day is different to the next, which is good because he enjoys the variety of work life. At 6am Andy can usually be found looking after his 12 chickens, 2 rabbits, 2 dogs, 10 fish, 2 kids with his wife Helen. He is hugely motivated by the potential that Great2 has to positively impact both businesses and local communities of Chesterfield.
Robyn is our Finance Coordinator
She deals with all things financial - an ideal day is when everything balances! In Robyn's spare time she is hiking towards her target of 2022km this year. You will usually find her in the Derbyshire Dales, Yorkshire Dales or The Lakes. She is also the stalwart of our Wellness Wednesday yoga! Robyn thinks Great2 is an exciting place to work because she directly helps and sees local new and small businesses grow and reach their potential.
Katy is our Operations Director
She is a stickler for a good process! She enjoys seeing businesses grow which was a major pull towards joining Great2. Katy's passion is seeing internal talent flourish and supporting our team to be the best they can be. When not busy overseeing the running of Great2, Katy can be found on her bike in search of a good Sunday roast!
Alyce is our HR Administrator
Our newest member of the team, Alyce, takes care of back office systems, HR documentation and keeping all our HR records up-to-date. On her days off, Alyce can be found watching her favourite sport - WWE Wrestling! There is nothing she can't tell you about it! A Chesterfield native, Alyce was attracted to Great2 because she was excited to be part of a new, thriving small business. Seeing the company grow and becoming part of the local community is such a great thing to be part of.
Lynne is our Social Media & Content Specialist
Lynne is our Social Media Specialist and is always on the look out for good social stories! When she doesn't have her head buried in social media platforms, she is working with the team to create new content. Lynne was drawn to Great2 because they have a "family comes first" flexible attitude to working life and brilliant community events every month at Hayfield House. Weekends are spent exploring beautiful Derbyshire with her husband and children.
And that just leaves me!
As our CMO I lead on all things brand, marketing and growth. I’ve worked for some huge companies like Samsung and Sainsbury’s in the past, but now find my joy helping young businesses grow. It’s really rewarding work. Having grown my own company, and advised several startups, I love to help other companies reach their potential. Outside of Great2, I enjoy mentoring young marketing talent and I’m deputy chair of the Data & Marketing Association. I love the flexibility Great2 offers me; by working remotely most of the time I get to do a job I love while getting to do the school run (honestly, I love it!!).
