We’re on a mission

Our mission is “to empower local entrepreneurs to achieve their goals, create growth and positively impact our community.”

Which is a very brief way to write about a very big ambition! So, we’ve written a brand manifesto to provide context to this mission and to explain what’s most important to us. If you’re wondering what a manifesto is, have a read of Hubspot's explanation.

A manifesto for growth

Brand manifestos are a great way to succinctly state what a company’s intent is - what they stand for and strive for. We think it’s a powerful way to share who we are and to ask our clients, members and community to hold us to account.

It’s hard to ‘boil down’ who we are and what we want to achieve (and how) into a few paragraphs. Much soul-searching and re-writing has been done!

But, here we are. It’s not perfect but that’s not the point. It’s ready for you to read, reflect on and feedback on (should you so wish).

Andy is our CEO. His long-held ambition is to build companies that have a positive impact on the world. After working for some of the world’s biggest software companies and consultancies, Andy has spent the last 12 years building businesses across the East Midlands and is Love Chesterfield’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” 2022.
